How to upload a Wordpress theme using FileZilla

Some of the themes you can choose from within Wordpress may suit some, but they don’t suit everybody, so it will be necessary to upload your own.
This video was recorded by me and it was done AGES ago! I had a cold too (so bear with the stuffy sounding nose!), and where I talk about clicking on Preferences in Wordpress, that’s now “Appearance” ok?
